Hope everyone had a LOVELY Easter weekend and are ready to get back to reading some fan fic! Two stories updated at Rough Magic this week and LOTS going on over at Magic, CA for all of you!
First up, Jackie has added a wonderfully romantic chapter to the Russell-inspired, "Meant To Be"! Chapter Nineteen finds Quent and Taryn hiding out in Taryn's flat while the tabshits hang out front hoping for another glimpse of THE Mr Finch! The time together turns out to be very important to the couple as we get a glimpse into their feelings for each other. Ah, love under pressure. Love it!
Next, I've updated "Full Length of the River" with Chapter Fifteen. Stephanie and Terry are in a happy little idyll, enjoying the quiet before the storm... Which comes with a bang.
Finally, Magic, CA is in full swing now, with all the character threads updated and several of the couples' stories begun! Captain Jack and Flynn O'Hara are getting to know each other in "Magic Surprise", Bethany Jordan has found Lachlan in "Lucky, Lucky, Lucky", Cort and Izzy have now met in "Wild Ride", McKenna Lowell and Alex Ross have found each other in "Rough Magic" and Terry Thorne and Olivia MacAndrews are circling each other in "Learn To Trust Me". And Ben Wade is making his presence well felt as you'll see in his thread! Be sure and check out all the character threads, this week featuring Max Skinner, Bud and Johnny!! We hope you're enjoying this new way of telling character stories, combining the challenge of Round Robin writing with a role-playing flair.
If you're just joining us at Magic, CA it's very easy to catch up. Start with a character's thread (be sure to check the subforum "Character's Threads" at the top for the now "inactive" ones!) and just read and follow the links!
Thank you for reading, hope you'll pop into the Feedback Drawers for Rough Magic and Magic, CA and let us know how we're doing!
Happy Perving!
